Mem0 Growth
Growth design + engineering · Mem0 · 2024-2025

Across the run from 7k to 150k+ developers, I designed and built Mem0's entire growth surface: the website and SEO system, the startup program, the launches, the fundraising narrative, and the brand-asset automation. A growth team is usually a department; here it was one designer, and covering that much ground meant building each surface as a system the team could run without a designer in the loop.
The thread through all of it is leverage. Each surface was built as a machine, not a one-off, so a tiny team could ship at a pace that looked like a much bigger one. That is what let a single designer hold acquisition, conversion, launches, brand production, and fundraising at the same time.
Web, SEO, and AEO/GEO. I rebuilt mem0.ai on a multi-collection CMS, a reusable component library, and a page-level design system, so building a new page is composing existing blocks. The content and marketing team ships launches, posts, and growth pages on their own, and programmatic, CMS-driven pages cover the long tail of search at a scale no one could hand-build. I also built the site to be read by AI answer engines, llms.txt and structured data so models can parse and cite the content, and a prompt-and-summarize affordance on every page that lets a reader hand it straight to ChatGPT. That work brought in measurable referral traffic from AI assistants, on top of the SEO growth.
The launch system. Every major moment runs off a repeatable setup: templated pages, OG images, and coordinated surfaces that stay on-brand by construction. The Series A announcement and the research-paper launch, accepted at ICAI, both shipped fast because the system absorbs a big moment instead of scrambling for it.
The startup program. I designed the program end to end, the landing page through the application flow, as the conversion path that turns an interested startup into an active, paying team. Post-program conversion is strong and it moved MRR.
Brand-asset automation. I built an internal tool that generates on-brand blog and OG images on demand, so even repeat visuals scale without me in the loop. It is the clearest expression of the whole approach: when a task repeats, I build the machine that does it rather than doing it again.
The fundraising narrative. I designed the Series A deck and the story it told, translating a technical memory product into a narrative investors backed. It supported a raise of over $24M.
Five surfaces, one designer, one growth arc. The systems are what made holding all of them at once possible.
